Hi everyone hope ur keeping well Feeling a lot more positive trying to make the best of my situation looking into options will see how it goes feeling a lot healthier now no scales due to water retention wouldn’t want to get disappointed….really happy with my attitude to food healthy eating comes naturally now doesn’t feel like a diet I cheat once in a while like the doughnut yesterday but it’s not a daily thing exercise is part of the day & when I can’t walk do strength training with soft weights twice a day my mussels are stronger in a good place physically 😊 mentally too improving much better like my old self thank you everyone for helping xx

Addison…. 😊 you are so lovely 🧡🧡❤️ The right attitude is half the battle in any situation I remember Diagnosed with pre cancer …. Having faith that with the grace of God inner strength I can win this despite being told it’s the bad kind & incurable six months next check up it was gone I got a letter from the Specialist he was delighted & wondered if I could tell him more on how I managed to beat it 😊 We all can rise above the challenges
