Good morning everyone having a lazy Sunday here it’s boiling too hot to do anything managed strength training for 40 min burned 140 cal 130 Active cal which is something really pleased with myself am doing it the right way on my own this time … so trying to break free gain my inner strength will stick with fat & protein for breakfast…eggs fit the bill so that’s it
