Hi everyone Going through a rough patch as usual not feeling great feel stuck have to deal with a lot had made plans for an escape root but it fell through so back to zero again food wise am sticking with it healthy carbs protein fresh vegetables weigh training light strength exercise and walking so will drop eventually swelling still really bad took a diuretic today should help pls keep me in your thoughts xx sending u much love ❤️
