Hi everyone hope all is well with my FS family am having a good food day exercise could be better but am pushing forward went shopping for my little one ( Niece) got her a couple of outfits will be joining me with her mom My baby sister isn’t well again so doing what I can to help it’s boiling here humidity makes it even worse bought another dress it’s boiling here two dresses already in the bin turned tatty so had chicken breast 150g & 85g of potato with lots of vegetables nice & healthy will have eggs or a form of protein for dinner pls keep me in your prayers challenging times xx
