Hi everyone the swelling is killing me but managed 7000 steps more but my watch died halfway but am pleased still eating healthy will try to sort out the water retention my family tell me because I eat more protein than complex carbs any advice is welcome xx am swollen all over xx

ellier ❤️ Am ok I’ve come to adapt with the condition it’s water retention and heat reactions I had injured my foot here when I first arrived kept on walking no choice so got worse and maybe too much protein your support is vital

Great going 💪 try cutting out salt if you can, I’ve had to do that lately and it does help. I hope you feel better x

Nutri I have cut down on salt eating out and sugar I take honey due to hypothermia… am at a loss

AFAIK eating protein does not usually cause water retention, but stress does. Hope things improve for you soon.
