I did good on my BBBE woe yesterday, the only addition not on the strict plan was nonfat yoghurt with sugar free jello. I also added scallions, garlic & celery to my ground beef bake. I had those things in my frig from last woe and didn't want to throw them away. The yoghurt was to help with a craving and thank goodness it did help. I still had the temptation feeling but I think they were mainly in my mind. Today is a new day and happy the "IT" box shows a loss, even if it may be water or weight shifting, I'll take it!
