Hello everyone
Last night & today it hasn’t stopped raining with thunder storms so no walking cleaned a bit family came over ( bad mood) not the best atmosphere but am sticking with healthy eating as best as I can something grilled with salad no bread rice or pasta healthy carbs don’t like it here can’t travel due to teeth issues thank you for being my support in my darker days xx
