Good day from Istanbul heading to dentist for tooth extraction…. Dental work in Lebanon the minster is going to take me by the hand to his Dentist vip treatment 😍😍 discounted price so will do it there …. Boiling here. Trying to go with the flow concerning on weight loss going food shopping today starting Tuesday Monday with my sister … hopefully if isn’t too complicated will start Tuesday am at my happiest because someone close to my heart once said “ never base your happiness on someone happiness comes from within” people come & go but it’s a nice feeling to be chased wanted loved etc ..,, am enjoying the attention while it lasts eating better more mindful….☺️at least some sort of control Tuesday is the day 😊

Darling Heather went to the dentist no tooth extraction thankfully just a root canal in a lot of pain jaw infected on two types of antibiotics at the moment will start treatment on Tuesday…. I really like the clinic so decided to see if can do it here I have a budget… so slowly will get their

Thank you Heather I also have a fever from the infection so glad it’s been 6 months trying to get an appointment back home nothing was available the dental service is crap in the uk unfortunately my mom had her teeth done but will have them looked at here not happy with what she had done paid 1000s so am glad am recovering treatment here 😊I really can tolerate pain but now it’s a bit much for me thank you for your concern kindness & friendship…. Miss Lebanon though….
