after almost 50 pounds loss I decided it was time to re-visit my macros with the new weight and body fat % and here are the new RDI. 1180 total daily calories. Macros are: 7% Carbs - 20g, 29% protein - 84.6g, 65% fat - 84.7g. I have really been struggling to get up to 1234 calories daily, I am simply not hungry enough to snack much and eating everything on my plate is difficult as I seem to get full very quickly, I can reach it and run over some days, but my daily average still falls short of 1,000 calories due to my two days of IF per week. I think I am going to add an additional tbsp of coconut oil to my fat coffee in the mornings and see if it can boost my daily average calorie intake.
