Been training for a "backyard" triathlon scheduled to take place this summer with a co-worker and myself.
The volume in miles on these legs is real as is the cardio
In the immortal words of Rich Froning in last summer's CrossFit games:
*Close your eyes my keto friends*
"CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS"
Enough Said
No worries I will not be posting what I stuff in my mouth. Just know it goes to a good cause and has saved my butt on a few occasions when my blood sugars tanked post workout because who the heck knew you can actually drop like a hypoglycemic leaf if you don't keep sugars up during endurance training!!!
P.S. I do not plan on using the "goo". My mind does not find it palatable in any way shape or form and I'm not risking stomach upset or vomiting calories trying to get used to it.
I'm going honey stingers and toblerones all the way for the sugary part of fueling.
I Hope everyone is having a blessed day :-)

Yup! It’s possible to run yourself out of simple carbs. I get a tingling and numbness in my ears etc. time to stop and limp home slowly
