Today I am going to do 45 mins of cardio and some abs. I had a rough gym week this week, but still good on the food front. I neeeeddd to make sure I stay strong on the weekends. I think they have been my down fall. I would like to have 2, 4-5 pound weeks. Heres to another 3 hopefully and so long as the numbers on the scale are going down, I am going in the right direction.....
