Its terms of weight loss its going great, its terms of how I feel again I feel amazing not tired or hungry, I assume eating more vitamins and micro nutrients than I ever normally would this should be the case?
I am determined to stick to its, after 60 days the plan is to go back to salad and solid food. I have had a few mouthfuls of food that I have cooked for others.....
