Hello everyone
Busy day ahead not much sleep but started with main meal prep so no chance of cheating take away etc discipline is key since food is a kind of addiction for me ...... decided on one meal a day hopefully I start burning more calories ..... thank you everyone for your support & kindness much needed xx
