Moving forward hoping everything will fall into place hunger is something that is difficult to live with ..... to the point of Discomfort but have to stick with it trying to move around inside the house .... staying positive knowing that better days will follow .......

Black tea - Basically boiled water briefly shown a tea bag with no sugar is something I adopted as my go to belly filler four years ago. It took a while to get used to it after 60 years of milk in tea I love it now and it saves having to count or log calories

Thank you so much for the advice I do drink black tea regularly but with sugar think that's what I need to stop Oh & popcorn & jelly will decently try both Thank u again for your support Much needed no physical activity due to disability so it's very hard to shift the weight

Although there are many ideas, I think the main problem comes from the type of diet.

Dagher113 My dear friend any suggestions on type of Diet I am having 800 / 1000 cal per day Tried keto didn't agree with me because I suffer from Hypoglycaemia so my blood sugar drops Am fasting then have my main meal at 5pm then a snack sleep around 2am So any advice is welcome

First of all, most the nutrition specialists don’t advise following keto. In my case, I creat my diet program as I have some experience in nutrition systems.

Hi Dagher I need all the help can get ..... to be honest am giving it another week of counting cal then if no progress is made action needs to be taken .... fasting 16 hours and one meal one snack am a night owl sleep

In my point of view, any diet you struggle with is not a good diet. To assist you I need to know 1- If you have any heath issue 2- your current weight 3- your goals 4- your daily routine 5- favorite foods And I we will need to 1- Food weightier 2- Inbody analysis 3 - Daily check in Fat secret app

Hi Dagher111 I agree with you 100% am currently on 800cal per day because exercise is non existent due to disability & a lot of other complications The diet am on is a pre op diet designed by NHS As I need to have surgery done next year is basically three meals a day but I fast for 16 hours then have a meal & snack within the 800 cal or just above ....

Hello Nadia, my advice to you to stop that, when you start do hard diet and feel starving your body start to burn more little calories and store fat. Even though you will lose some kg, but eventually you will struggling or failed again.

Am going to stop today ..... & eat normally small portions until u advise me what to do how to plan my meals xx Am totally on my own other half other side of the world .....xx
