Back on track last night I tried to stay within cal limit the food wasn't worth the calories so it wasn't too difficult to say no ....people have changed since the lockdown not the same ...,
It's the fiery spirit within that defines us keeps us moving forward hope and pray mine keeps burning bright & strong so can reach my goal
