Okay so I’m August I weighed myself and told everyone on here that I’d lose a stone by my birthday (that’s now tomorrow). I’ve weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost 3lbs 🙈

Anyway I’ve not been very disciplined and let’s be honest it’s not going to get any better between now and the new year. All I need to do is try to not go too far off the rails.

You’ve lost though!….you might have meant your NEXT birthday!! Deadlines and projected losses are wishful thinking. If I didnt work I’m sure I’d be my goal weight. I have too much to think about - me myself I comes last in my to do list.

Happy Birthday & try not to be so hard on yourself ..... all we can do is try our best & you have .... am sure u will reach your goal it doesn't have to be on your birthday dearest many days on the calendar ....😊
