Hello everyone
After I took a step back and a deep breath their is no rush My other half has been really supportive he won't have it if the skin removal might cause me Harm so will see a plastic surgeon in due course & he will decide ....
it's strange how the marriage proposal wasn't expected at 2am in bed after a long day Got a call he popped question in a very casual manner .... so just feel anxious about not looking the way I had hoped for on the big day ......I've had a really tough life especially after the brain injury & all the health issues that followed .... but am hopeful that better days are yet to come .... back on track sticking to my 800-900 cal

Nadia- Your right, there is no rush, or you’ll only be putting unwanted and unnecessary pressure on yourself to hit targets, keep doing what your doing, slow and steady wins the race 🤣 It will happen for you. And congratulations 🥳🎉

Thanks Jamie yes it will happen at some point slow and steady seems the best way forward my weight has always been an issue but will get there in the end .... today am counting calories went slightly above the 800 cal mark but it's still good thank you for your skins words of encouragement it's much needed 😊😊
