Does anyone knows soup recipe for fat burning soup need to loose weight past for my surgery pls help ....

Will do thank u for your reply am going to give the low cal diet another two weeks & see have an operation & the surgeon said I have to get my weight down ..... the problem is hunger 800 cal isn't a lot of food ....thinking of going on a soup diet

ONION SOUP You will need: 6 large onions, 1 bunch celery, 1 medium-sized cabbage kernel (part of the cabbage is possible), 1 large green pepper 1 can of canned tomatoes. Cooking: Chop the vegetables, put them in a pot and pour water to completely cover the vegetables. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and cook until vegetables are soft. Only a little salt and pepper can be added to the soup. This magical soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry, even in the middle of the night. You can even take it to work in the thermal baths. CELERY SOUP You will need: 200 g of celery, 500 g of carrots, 500 g green green beans (possibly frozen), 6 large onions, 2 green peppers 1 medium cabbage head 1.5 liters of tomato juice 800 g of fresh or preserved tomatoes, crushed or in their own juice. Preparation: Finely chop the vegetables and pour in the tomato juice. The liquid must completely immerse the vegetables, so add water as well. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 10 minutes on a hot fire and then over low heat until the vegetables are cooked through. Add fresh greens - parsley, dill, basil, etc. You can add a little salt and pepper.

Hi Nadiaawni2, HERE IS A WORTH OF ADVICE. In addition to soup, you can also eat cooked and fresh vegetables and fruits (only non-calorie bananas). Drinks: water, mineral water, tomato juice and other sugar-free juice, green tea, sugar-free and milk-free coffee, kefir. Prerequisite: within 2 weeks of the diet - no drops of alcohol, not even dry red wine is allowed. You must also give up alcohol 24 hours before the start of the diet. You will also have to give up bread, carbonated drinks and fats. If you lose more pounds and want to repeat the cycle, take a 2-day break.
