I so miss crunchy crusts. Mind opening. Had your other poster not pointed out the airfrier I was dismissing this as unhealthy fried food. Amazing, super amazing.

I didn't really cook anything here. the shrimp are pre-breaded, I just reheat them and put them on whatever I'm feeling that day. The greens are from my salad mix, I just used hummus instead of dressing to add a garlicky flavor and the tortilla is a low carb/high fiber one.
