Liz the struggle was real. How are you today? Can you go see water? I do poor man’s version of EMDR by watching the sun sparkle on the water. It re-process the grief. Won’t bring happiness but worth a try.

Paula it was a real workout! My veins were popping like Diablo’s😂 We have this abominable creature called catfish (we eat it too) in US, and the rumor is that there is a legendary giant catfish in this particular lake. Jamie would have a fit of seizure😂😂 poor fellow.
