I try and make myself have a giant glass of water when that happens - with a slice of lemon or lime for a bit of flavour. That usually makes me feel sort of uncomfortably sloshy and then I don't want to eat.

I’ve been doing that too. It’s just so weird that you can have a very full stomach and still want so badly to eat. 😕
