Cleared the fridge. 6 eggs, whole onion, 1/2# andouille, garlic, cheddar, parm, the forgotten Muenster, and two types of hot sauce. Required 2 twelve inch saute pans to create, a platter to serve, and about 3 minutes to hork myself into a coma.
