Just wanted to say that I am so SO thankful for losing my sugar cravings. Strangely, when I started my weight loss journey, they simply disappeared! I have not felt them ever since I started losing weight, and I do not miss all the candy and chocolate I used to eat. And I used to eat A LOT!
Now, and for months, I have had absolutely no sugar cravings. I make sure that I do not eat candy, chocolate etc, because I do not want them to come back. Ever.
I like my new lifestyle. I like my new eating habits. And even more important, I like my new look - A man in his 40's look way better in pant sizes starting with a 3 than pant sizes starting with a 5.
Life is indded good!
