Crunch: 7X220; Up 1 Rep; On Target

The inevitable eventual outcome of deficits + 2 a days.... Refed with ad libitem steak and eggs. Tapped out around a pound of tenderloin + 3 egg omelet.

Feels and looks like I'm finally starting to lean out a bit. Not showing up on the scale or tape. Yet.
