Fasted 19 hours. Not the most balanced meal, but I am super lazy. And I have been pretty good on the veggies lately. And I logged it. Chicken sausage on bun with mustard and onions, air fryer fries, chile relleno from the freezer and leftover rice with salsa. It was good. Now I would like to be done eating forthe day. Like my mom used to say, the kitchen is closed!
