made my goal weight higher than it was initial, i want to feel more realistic about my weight goals since my health hasn’t been amazing as of late, knowing my limit and slowing it down. i don’t want to fall into my disordered eating habits and push my body to full rejection but little by little i’m planning on getting fitter and stronger!
