Today, I lost another 300g.
Yesterday, I had my first chocolate since I started this project back in October. I used to be a MAJOR chocoholic, and unable to resist any kind of chocolate. Yesterday I had some, and it was more or less meh. Not impressed. I am happy to claim that I think I have lost my sweet tooth completely. All I thought of was that it was really not that good, and that I was wasting a lot of calories eating it.
I had that calories to burn though, so I did not go over or anything like that.
I am still well on my way, and happy to be so. Life is good.
