Yeah there is no way to get the links to work on the mobile app :( Otherwise the links look Great 👍🏾 - yeah your diet works because you simply wont quit... Cutting carbs and sticking to it for more than 2 days is working for me, but, I could barely do my 5 mile run in the morning, there is no way I could lift weights in this condition...

@adef Appreciate the link info. I'll fix tonight. Heard on the carbs. I cycle mine around workouts, 120-150 on lift days. Otherwise I bonk. Some guys lift fasted, like that dude Malchef (sp?) @ches put me onto, but they're lifting light and volume, not heavy.

You've got this. Mostly it involves staying active and not going back to your old, fat eating habits. I think most people who fail just get lazy and revert. Good, healthy habits are easier to maintain with daily practice, just like brushing our teeth.

@jb Yep. Never had a plan or made a post cut commitment before. Just whip myself into shape for the summer, go play, eventually lapse everything, rinse and repeat. Kinda ridiculous given the amount of work involved...

I'm with you Jimmiepop. It is hard. I been researching to and everyone says something different. We can just do the best we can.
