Trying to be super mindful of form and ques as the weight goes up. Left 3 in the tank on fronts due to slight forward pitch and wrist pain. Time to get to work on that thoracic mobility. Otherwise the bars moving nice and smooth. Gains are slowing, but no pain, tweaks, etc. Elbows good. No wraps. Crazy. I actually feel great! Back in the skinny shorts I blew out the button on a few weeks back. Comfy even with the boxers. I'll take it!
