I honestly did not expect to lose any weight today. Not sure why, just had a feeling. Yesterday, I skipped breakfast, as we woke up fairly late. We were going shopping, so I decided to save the calories for buffet at Kvickly, our local shopping destination. Every Saturday they have a nice little buffet that Wife and I enjoy going to. Gotta watch out for the calories there, but I think I got the hang of it. Trouble was, I forgot my phone - and that means I also forgot my Fatsecret on the go. After a moment of panic I realized that I could borrow my wife's phone and then go online and access the real website, thus entering - and controlling - my calories there. The dinner was supposed to be salmon, but a spark of laziness changed that to ordered food - I had a durum with turkey ham - not a bad choice at all. I even skipped the dressing which brings it down to being a large 12" tortilla, a couple of cups of lettuce and a cup of shredded, low-fat turkey ham. Nice and tasty. Anyways, I managed to shed another 500 grams today. Life is good.
