OH and guess what else happened today to 'set me off' MY Phone fell in water, EEEKKKK Oh gee, yup years (or even months) ago this would have set me off to a full binge attack for the weekend and probably beyond. But since I've done my shopping & some prepping of foods I had a talk with myself and said, "what good would a binge do with my phone, my tires, my sign, etc....." "It would do nothing, jma nothing but cause more stress and downers right now, & you don't need or want that, right?" "RIGHT"
