Whole fucking house was filled with the aroma of a cilantro lime chile chicken so glorious no mortal man could withstand her seductive wiles.
Today, acknowledging my mortality, the offending crock pot has been abandoned, the brazier put to work in a slow oven, the rice maker moved under the kitchen hood, and said hood put to full effect. A cool, unscented breeze gently blows as the furnace works overtime.
