I'm not gonna lie it was all delicious and much needed after almost a .5 lb drop this week. I think every cell in this body was doing a happy dance, LOL - notwithstanding my muscles. But, it is also very true after one of these days that the last thing I want to do is think about food much less eat it. And, yet eat I must. I couch these days in because if I didn't I would continue to lose, so these cals actually help to maintain the average weight range I'm at, keep me from losing anymore fat, and hopefully contribute to increasing muscle mass. You can already peel off 400 plus cals from yesterday workout from the total cals I ate. Another 400 plus cals for today's workout. I will likely burn most of these excess cals off in the next 3 days. Fortunately, I always couch a low 1723 cal day after a surplus day, so I don't have to eat tons. Just enough to keep the metabolic fire burning and allow all the other food to digest. On that note, Imma go weigh this food baby! My guess is I'll be up 115 lbs'ish...but I never really know. Post surplus day weigh in to come :-)
