Chestnut, I love curry so I tend to make large batches of chicken curry and freeze it. I also make curry sauce just using peppers, onions, sweet potato, curry paste and curry powder. All blended together when cooked. I freeze it in ice cube trays so I can have small portions like in the kedgereep. I seem to remember reading that you like curry as well.

Gypsy it is nice to read you post , your right I do make my own self made curries the only problem if i offer to share it with someone they tend not to come back because I do like mine hot , lots of crushed chillies and spices. If you freeze a curry and reheat it am told it makes it hotter(because the spices are cooked longer?) Please keep posting
