well "IT" did show a itty bitty bump up on the number this morning (160.2) but I kind of expected it. I was a bit down yesterday and ate more than I should (all on my plan though). Instead of 1 steak I had 2 (lean cuts, but still too much) and a bunch of sautéed veggies and 2 helpings of my frozen yogurt (I add stuff to regular non fat Y and put in freezer for a bit) plus other nibbles through out the day. I think the 2 steaks are what pushed it over the edge. I had my yearly mammo & bone density test also and I was feeling a bit puny anyway, so I went to bed early.
Today looks like rain off & on, which is ok. I'm feeling kind of ok, just weary. I have somethings I need to do but just not in the mood. It is my P-Day (protein), not sure what to eat yet, maybe fish & eggs I also can have my yogurt but I think I'll just keep it at one serving. Also eat 2 Tablespoons of Oat Bran a day, I like it in the morning with cinnamon & month fruit (sugar), hot water to mix.
