Scale budged a little this morning, PTL. Hoping it will hold til tomorrow for the Daily Accountability Challenge final weigh-in. I'm hoping to at least show 1-1/2 pounds lost every week. Usually, I lose at a much faster rate when I go back on Keto, but this go-around has been slower for some reason. Thankfully, I'm not really struggling with staying away from the carbs and sweets. My Atkins Endulge bars are a life-saver for helping me to feel like I get a "treat" without going over on my macros. Last night, my husband asked me to make him an ice cream cone - Maple Walnut, because I can pack it into the cone tighter than he can. At least we don't have any more Cherry Chocolate Chunk in the house, or I would have been done for! Once the Maple Walnut is gone, I won't be buying ANY more ice cream because it can be a big temptation.
