Not too much to tell today. I lost 100g, which I really am happy for, but not a big loss at all. Then again, better than gaining weight.
Yesterday we celebrated mortensaften, a Danish tradition. Traditional dinner demands roasted duck.
Well, we bought a pre-done one, and really did our best to enjoy it, but the truth is that it really sucked. :(
I ended up eating only 50 grams of meat, a few potatoes and a tiny bit of gravy.
Good thing is, I was still full. This weight loss journey makes me used to eating smaller portions. I really like that, but at the same time it is so disappointing that I can't eat a lot when something I really want is put in front of me. Buffets would now be a waste of money. :)
Life is good!
