Of course I am going to experience difficulty and become uncomfortable. I am going to weather through it, though. This time I am not quitting. The reason I want to reach a normal weight is so I will live a long life and look better in photographs.

Usually, I quit by now and start binging. I may go over my calorie plan, but I am not giving up. I'll find my way. I'm going to keep recording my food and I'm going to keep journaling.

Things are already so much better.
