So like many others I'm WFH, and I thought I'd fire up the George Forman for a Butchers burger at lunch. I also thought a bottle of Russian Standard should be purchased, really just because it was so low on the shelves!
Anyway I've already punched in the total calories for today before I've consumed them.
I can see why with my old habits I was easily hitting 2,700 or 3,000+ more likely if I was also dinking cider.
Add to that take-a-ways that I would have eaten and God knows how many ive been eating over the last few years.
So I'm not suprised I hit 19 Stone, TBH I'm more supprised I havent appeared on 'My 600lb Life'
