Glaun's Journal, 04 Jun 13

Unlike previous attempts at recording calories, I am using the program to record exact number of calories in each item, even items such as mustard, lettuce etc. I find that if I ignore the small stuff, that I am consuming 30 to 100 calories a day more than I thought. This could easily lead to a loss of a half a pound over a couple of months.

Once you take the time to load your personal item preferences in the data base it is soooo easy to enter them into the Diet Calendar. I recommend doing so. It's what computers are made for.

On a sour note, it took me a full day of learning how to enter and group my items into favorites and saved meals. It takes a little while and PATIENCE to get info into the data base correctly. Also, it looks like it will take a few more weeks to get all the food I eat organized and into the data base. Fatsecret program will help in this, but it takes time and effort, well worth it if I am serious about getting the pounds off.
