So yesterday (the 7th) and the night before that (the 6th) I didn't record what I ate as I was having a mental health blip. So... confession time as to waht I ate comes here :)
Evening of the 6th I had a blood sugar crash due to forgetting to eat as well as being more physically active by helping do the set-up for an event at the local hall. Wound up having to grab a couple small sausage rolls to stop the shaking. Dinner that night was egg noodles and a vegetable stir-fry. There was also a couple freshly baked medovniky raided...
Yesterday was beans, scrambled egg and bread for breakfast and a bowl of ham, mushroom and coleslaw salad with the last small sausage roll for lunch. Dinner was Pasta and meatballs and there was a lot of black coffee and tea drunk that day too...
