Well that's 500 calories that I already regret... four angel cake slices eaten, despite that they had an odd after-taste. I was craving the sweetness and now I feel regret over my compulsion to keep eating them once I had the first bite.

lollipops are handy for some sugar, low cal and last a while, keeps your mouth busy, have some on hand for cravings!

I've been asked to bake a batch of medovniky for this weekend and they are one of my weaknesses! Medovniky are spiced honey cookies btw, gonna work up a recipe and calorie count for them after I bake them.
