As from yesterday I have stopped counting calories. I am now at a healthy weight eating primal/paleo which does advise not to count calories. I did it to get to my target weight and now after a year I am eating well and watching portion sizes. Think I will give it a month then see how I'm doing . Gonna keep the app and check how your all doing as it gives me determination to stay well. start acrofit class on Friday as I need to tone up now. Hope you all have a good day x
