had my carpel tunnel release surgery yesterday. seemed to go ok. i am typing left handed so this wont be long and maybe some typos. i am scheduled to go to work tomorrow, very light duty. but i am not going to push it. stitches get out in 2 weeks so i'll know more then. Seems my weight has remained kind of stable but i do need tp get off this "high step" and move DOWN. i dont know how much i'll get to the gym, but i may try a little bit every few days to at least ride the bike abit.
