Up this morning, feeling the pre-bloat from potential gut issues. Great swim yesterday, moved a lot, sitting in the kneeling chair to try and avoid something serious. I'm going to log the gain because I think it will be interesting to watch just how extreme it can get.

Chicken breast and 15 bean soup. Yum!
