I went to the doctor last week and found that my blood pressure has finally dropped significantly nine months ago I was averaging 140/90 I am now down to averaging 106/74. I also happen to be a diabetic who have been placed on insulin I started at 25 units a little more than a year ago and got all we up to 45 units once a day. I am happy to announce I am now down to 16 units per day within A1C 5.1 which is pretty much normal I am told that if I can get myself down to five units I can stop taking insulin altogether. I eat tons of salads a fair amount of eggs and I don't think I have eaten as much green vegetables as I should but it is still working more than 100 pounds in less than a year. I don't know if this will be inspirational to anyone keep your head up and remember every pound the comes off is added time to your life for you and your family
