Hi all, decided to post a quick entry this evening. Day went good, stayed away from the bakery section & carrot cake temptation in Publix :-) Made meals for the next 3 days which is good. Then Thanksgiving we will deal with it later, but I plan behave! Felt like looking back on past posts from years ago to see how I've made it through each step along the way. I feel I have come a long way and will be ok. Just takes time and many things to go through to be where I am and where I"m going.
