Fith and last full week of the holiday and I have gone a bit mad . Average daily intake of over 2500 cals and not as many locks work so about 2400 cals burned. I will be home this week Thursday for a weigh in. I am fully expecting a gain but I will be back on the wagon and get back to my target weight and maintenance mode or maybe even drop down another 7 pounds.
