Second day in a row my scale as been up 5+ pounds. Why you ask. No clue. But I’m paying zero attention to it and continuing to be consistent ! I may or may not have flipped said scale off but that’s besides the point 😒🤣😭

as long as your calories are in check you have no need to worry at all...just keep going by faith!!! You reap what you sow in all areas of life including weight loss...if you're putting in the work you will reap the benefits no doubt!!!! <3
