I've already figured out my menu for tomorrow night's Outback Steakhouse dinner! I'm allowing myself two slices of the bread and butter (1/4 of the little loaf), 1/2 of a salad and dressing, 1/2 of a loaded baked potato, and half of a Filet Mignon (only because I want to have the rest of the steak with eggs on Wednesday morning - I'll have the rest of the salad for lunch, and will give the baked potato to my husband. There's a restaurant close by that sells German Chocolate Cake, and I've figured that in, as well. YES, I'll be over on Carbs and Calories for the day, but it will be an excellent test of my resolve to go RIGHT BACK to my WOE starting with the next meal! Just the fact that I am planning in advance and RECORDING what I will be eating is a huge improvement for a "splurge." If I can eat on plan 90-95% of the time, Since there are 21 meals in a week, that means that I can go over on ONE meal (or snack) per week and still be at a 95% success rate! For my birthday on the 20th, I'm thinking about having Golden Skillet Fried Chicken Drumettes with mashed potatoes and gravy, and maybe another piece of German Chocolate Cake (or the Carrot Cake). Otherwise, all straight and narrow for me until I get to GOAL! Then, I might celebrate by buying a new swimsuit!

We go to Outback alot on Weds when they have their special. I order my steak with a salad instead of potato and bring my own homemade balsamic dressing. Perfect meal, no guilt! Enjoy your dinner!
